The filter system for our Waterwise 7000 distiller is comprised of this in-line housing and activated-carbon pre-filter cartridge. This carbon cartridge is made from 2-stage spun fiber and a coconut shell activated carbon. This activated carbon pre-filter protects the distiller’s inlet water valve from sediment and improves the distiller’s function.
